Air Filter Restriction Indicator
During engine operation, the indicator shows the vacuum in inches of H
2
O and kPa. As dirt accumulates in the
filter, the restriction increases.
When the indicator gauge reaches the CHANGE FILTER
mark (A), 25 in ch es of H
2
O (6.20 kP a), a warn in g ton e w ill
sound and the cab display mod ule (CDM) will indicate the
filter requires servicing.
IMPORTAN T:
Over-servi
cing the filter element increases the risk
of dirt bein
g ingested by the engine, causing severe
damage.
Service air filter ONLY IF indicator reaches the CHANGE
FILTERmark(A)or2.5inchesH
2
O (6.20 kPa).
IMPORTAN T:
After servicing filters, press the RESET button on the
end of the indicator (B).
