General Troubleshooting
Side (Toner Door) Switch
1. Enter Service Diagnostics (page 4-8).
2. Run the Side Switch test: Engine Diag > Sensor Test > Side Switch.
3. Open and close the Toner Door while checking the display.
Note
Press Cancel to stop the test.
