Procedure
Advise the customer to check the connection to the DNS and whether the destination server
name has been registered in the DNS.
016-575 FTP DNS Server Error RAP
016-575 The DNS server was not set during FTP scan.
Procedure
Advise the customer to set the DNS address or set the destination server address using IP
address.
