018-569 HTTP Server Certificate Fail RAP
018-569 HTTP error - invalid certificate.
Procedure
Advise the customer to:
1. Check whether the scanned document destination HTTP server is accessible from the
PC.
2. Check whether the SSL server certificate of the scanned document destination HTTP
server is registered in the machine.
3. Check whether the SSL server certificate of the scanned document destination HTTP
server is valid. For example, check the items that follow:
• The certificate has not expired yet.
• The time that is set in the machine is correct.
• It is not in the discard list.
• The certificate path of the SSL server certificate and import any necessary CA certif-
icate.
4. If the certificate is not registered in the scanned document destination HTTP server, dis-
able the machine certificate validation.

Procedure
Advise the customer to:
1. Check whether the scanned document destination HTTP server is accessible from the
PC.
2. Check whether the SSL client certificate is set correctly in the machine.
3. Check whether a valid machine certificate is registered in the scanned document destina-
tion HTTP server.
