003-972 Maximum Stored Page RAP
003-972 When scanning a document, the number of pages that has accumulated in the
machine has exceeded the value of ’Maximum Stored Number of Copy Sheets’ set in system
data.
Procedure
Perform the steps that follow:
1. Advise the customer to set the number of pages of the document to be within the maxi-
mum number of pages that can be stored.
2. If the fault persists, reload the software, GP 4.
