Procedure
Perform the steps that follow:
1. Advise the customer to use Acrobat to clear the print prohibition setting then print the PDF
file.
2. If the fault persists, reload the software, GP 4.
016-756 Auditron Prohibited Service RAP
016-756 Illegal User Detected

Perform the steps that follow:
1. Advise the customer to request the Account Administrator for access to use the service.
2. If the fault persists, reload the software, GP 4.
