Procedure
Advise the customer to contact the network administrator to check what SMTP authentication
method the server uses.
027-779 Authentication Failure by SMTP-AUTH RAP
027-779 Authentication fail (after connecting to the server).
Procedure
Advise the customer to check if the authentication information (user name/password) has been
set correctly.
