Procedure
Advise the customer to set File Name Conflict to other than Cancel Job.
027-531 SMB Scan Filing Policy Injustice RAP
027-531 Incorrect SMB scan filing policy (when additional items are selected).
Procedure
Advise the customer to check that the file format is not set to Multi-page When Add is selected
for File Name Conflict.
