Controls highpass setting on the V-network.

Dependencies This key is grayed out when V-network other than ENV216 is selected. If the grayed out key is
pressed, an advisory message is generated. If the equivalent SCPI command is sent, this same
message is generated as part of a “–221, Setting Conflict; Function not available with current LISN
Type” warning.
Couplings This key is coupled to 150kHz Highpass of Frequency Scan Measurement’s LISN Control (Measure),
and vice versa.
