Softkey Softkey Type Description
Editor modes Rx and Tx frequency
Changing the editor mode:
1. Press 'FREQ' softkey.
2. By pressing the 'FREQ' softkey again you
can toggle through the three different fre-
quency editor modes, which are shown in
the second column.
Possible values:
Rx/Tx - Tx - Rx
Changing the frequency:
1. Enter new frequency.
The frequency can be entered using nu-
meric keypad or/and knob.
The effective Rx and Tx carrier frequen-
cies (e.g. 25250.000 kHz) are displayed in
the central area.
2. Press 'ENT' key to confirm.
Only frequencies changed with the knob
are effective immediately.
Possible values:
Rx: 0 Hz to 29999.999 kHz
Tx: 1500 kHz to 29999.999 kHz
Rx/Tx: Receive and transmit frequency are
modified simultaneously.
Tx: Only transmit frequency will be modified.
Rx: Only receive frequency will be modified.

Editor Frequency step size editor
1. Increase the step size for frequency mod-
ifications with the rotary knob or by press-
ing 'STEP UP'.
2. Accordingly, use 'STEP DOWN' to de-
crease the step size.
The new value is automatically displayed with-
in the softkey.
Possible values:
1 Hz, 10 Hz, 100 Hz, 1 kHz, 10 kHz, 100 kHz,
1MHz, 10MHz
