user max-total-octets
Use this command to limit the number of bytes the user is allowed to transmit and receive.
The maximum number of octets is the sum of octets transmitted and received. After this limit
has been reached the user will be disconnected. <1-128> is the user ID. The range of octets
is 0-4294967295. 0 indicates to use the global limit. Use the “no” form of this command to
reset the limit to the default.

Use this command to display all configured users or a specific user in the captive portal local
user database.

configured for the captive portal.
