9.3.4 Dynamically Releasing the Root Complex From a
Logical Domain
The operation of dynamically releasing the root complex from a logical domain must
be performed from the control domain.
Before releasing the root complex, confirm that none of the devices in it is being used
by the logical domain. For details, see the manual for the software being used.
