Stop all physical partitions.

Confirm that all physical partitions have stopped.
Stopping all physical partitions by operating the OPNL
In the building block configuration, operate the OPNL of the SPARC M12-2S that is
running as the master XSCF. Table 9-14 lists the procedure for stopping all physical
partitions by operating the OPNL.
