Control Function
This chapter describes the actions and operations for ladder program and FBD program, basic operation for WindLDR,
and functions of each instruction and FB.
The functions controlled by ladder programs or FBD programs created with WindLDR is called as control function.
1.1 Actions and Operations of Ladder Program and FBD Program
● Ladder Program and FBD Program Actions
■ Input refresh
A capture process is executed at the specified input filter, and the external output is reflected in the internal device
Input (I).
■ Input delay
There is a delay between an external input and the internal device Input (I). The maximum delay period is calculated
by the amount of 5 microseconds, filter value and the execution period.
■ Ladder or FBD process
Executes the ladder program or FBD program.
■ Output refresh
Updates the relay output (Q).

When an input occurs immediately after the input refresh ends,
the input delay will be the longest because the processor waits
for the input refresh in the next scan before reflecting the input
to the input relay.
