Globally enable iSCSI optimization.
Syntax
iscsi enable
To disable iSCSI optimization, use the no iscsi command.

When you enable the iSCSI feature using the iscsi enable command, flow control settings are set to rx
on tx off on all interfaces.
iscsi priority-bits
Configure the priority bitmap to be advertised in iSCSI application TLVs.
Syntax
iscsi priority-bits
To remove the configured priority bitmap, use the no iscsi priority-bits command.

4 (0x10 in the bitmap)
