For an interface, the igmp startup-query-count command takes priority over the startup-query-count
command in IGMP view.

interval: Sets an IGMP startup query interval in the range of 1 to 31744 seconds.
Usage guidelines
This command and the startup-query-interval command in IGMP view have the same function but
different effective ranges:
The startup-query-interval command in IGMP view takes effect on all interfaces.
The igmp startup-query-interval command takes effect on the current interface.
For an interface, the igmp startup-query-interval command takes priority over the startup-query-interval
command in IGMP view.

# Set the IGMP startup query interval to 100 seconds on VLAN-interface 100.
