Parameters
interval: Sets a join/prune interval in the range of 0 to 18000 seconds. If you set the value to 0 seconds,
the interface does not send join or prune messages.
idelines
You can set the join/prune interval for all interfaces in IPv6
interface view. The configuration made in interface view takes priority over the configuration made in
IPv6 PIM view.

To prevent the upstream neighbors from aging out, you must configure the int
messages to be less than the joined/pruned state holdtime timer.
