bsm-fragment enable (PIM view)
Use bsm-fragment enable to enable bootstrap message (BSM) semantic fragmentation.
Use undo bsm-fragment enable to disable BSM semantic fragmentation.

BSM semantic fragmentation is enabled.

feature.
