groups. The C-RP is designated only to IPv6 multicast groups that the ACL permits. The static RP is
designated to all IPv6 multicast groups when one of the following conditions exists:
• You do not specify an ACL.
• The specified ACL does not exist.
• The specified ACL does not contain valid rules.
