Remote I/O Communication Memory Refresh Image
Data communication between the remote I/O master and the remote I/O slaves is conducted as shown in the
diagram below.

The connections status of each remote I/O slave can be confirmed by referring to the special internal relays and
special data registers of the SmartAXIS configured as the remote I/O master.
