andpowerconnectionstoyourcameraandMFDarecorrectandfreefrom
damageandthenpowercycleyoursystem.Ifthecamerafeedisstillnot
displayed,refertoyourequipment’
sinstallationdocumentationforfurther
troubleshootinginformation.
Nocameradetected
The‘Nocameradetected’messageisdisplayedif:
•aVideoapppageisopenedforthefirsttimeandnocompatiblecamerais
connected.
•aVideoapppageisopenedforthefirsttimebeforethecamerahas
finishedbootingup.
Ifthe‘Nocameradetected’messageisdisplayedformorethan2minutes,
thenyourMFDcannotconnecttoyourcamera.Ensurenetworkandpower
connectionstoyourcameraandMFDarecorrectandfreefromdamageand
thenpowercycleyoursystem.Ifthecamerafeedisstillnotdisplayed,refer
toyourequipment’
sinstallationdocumentationforfurthertroubleshooting
information.
Selectingavideofeed

FromtheVideoappmainmenu,selecttheiconforthe
camerathatyouwanttodisplay.
Dualstreaming
M-Seriescameraswithdualpayloads(visibleandthermalcameralens)can
streamavisiblefeedandthermalfeedsimultaneously.
