Waypointsareusedtomarkspecificlocationsorpointsofinterest.Waypoints
canbeusedintheChart,RadarandFishfinderapps.Y ourMFDcanstoreup
to10,000waypointswhichcanbesortedintoupto200waypointgroups.
Y oucannavigatetoawaypointbyselecting[Goto]fromtheWaypoint’s
contextmenu.
Waypointscanbeviewedandmanagedfromthewaypointlist.
Waypointscanbecustomizedwhentheyarecreatedoraftertheyare
createdfromthewaypointlist.
Placingawaypointusingchartcontextmenu
Waypointscanbeplacedinthechartapp,radarappandfishfinderappfrom
thecontextmenu.
1.Selectandholdthedesiredareaonscreen.
2.Select[Placewaypoint]fromtheconte xtmenu.
3.Select[OK]toacceptthedefaultwaypointsettings,or:
4.Y oucanselectasymboltouseforthewaypoint.
Y oucaneitherselectarecentsymbolfromthoseshown,orselectthe
[Symbol]fieldtoselectasymbolfromthewaypointsymbollists.
5.Y oucanselectthe[Group]fieldtoselectorcreateawaypointgroup
forthenewwaypoint.
6.Y oucanselect[Options]toenterfurtherdetailsaboutthewaypoint.
Fromtheoptionsdialogyoucaneditthewaypoint’ssymbol,name,or
groupandalsoenteracommentaboutthewaypoint.
Placingawaypointataspecificlatitudeandlongitude
Inthechartappyoucanplaceawaypointataspecificlatitudeandlongitude.
Fromthechartapp:
1.Selectthe[Menu]icon.
2.Select[New].
3.Select[Newwaypointatlat/long].
