1.SaveyourcustomimagetoaMicroSDcardandinsertthecardintoa
cardreaderslotonyourdisplay

2.Select[Thisdisplay]fromthe[Settings]menu:[Homescreen>Settings
>Thisdisplay].
3.Selectthe[Splashscreen]fieldcontainingtheimagename(defaultimage
isAxiom.jpgorAxiom.png).
Thefilebrowserisdisplayed.
4.Browsetoyourcustomimageandselectit.
5.Select[Yes]onthenotificationpopup.
Theimageisimportedtoyourdisplay.
Thenexttimeyourdisplayswitcheson,yourcustomimagewillbedisplayed.
Y oucanresettheimageatanytimebyselecting[Reset].
Customizingthehomescreenbackground
Thehomescreenbackgroundcanbeconfiguredtodisplayacustomimage.
1.SaveyourcustomimagetoaMicroSDcardandinsertthecardintoacard
readerslotonyourMFD .
2.Select[Thisdisplay]fromthe[Settings]menu:[Homescreen>Settings
>Thisdisplay].
3.Ensure[Homescreenbackgroundimage]toggleswitchisenabled.
4.Select[Uploadcustomimage].
Thefilebrowserisdisplayed.
5.Browsetoyourcustomimageandselectit.
6.Select[Useasbackground]fromthepop-overmenu.
TheHomescreenwillbedisplayedusingyourcustomimageasthe
background
IftheimagesisnotthesameresolutionasyourMFDthenyoucanstretch
theimagebyselecting[Fillscreen]fromthe[Fittothisdisplay]menuoption:
[Homescreen>Settings>Thisdisplay>Fittothisdisplay].Bydefaultthis
settingwillbesetto[Fillscreen].
Y oucanresettheimageatanytimebyselecting[Resettodefaultimage].
Datamaster
Systemscontainingmorethanonedisplaymusthaveadesignated
datamasterdisplay.Thedatamasteristheprimarydisplayinthenetwork,
andshouldbethedisplaythatisphysicallyconnectedtotheSea Talkng®/
NMEA2000CANbusnetwork,andanyotherdevicesandsourcesofdatain
yoursystem.Thedatamasterbridgesthedataovertheethernetnetworkto
anycompatible‘repeater’displays.
Informationsharedbythedatamasterincludes:
•Cartography
•Waypoints,RoutesandTracks
•Radar
•Sonar
•Datareceivedfromtheautopilot,GNSS(GPS)receiver,instruments,
transducers,theengineandanyothercompatibleexternalsources.
Note:
Yoursystemmaybewiredforredundancywithdataconnectionsmadeto
repeatdisplays.Howevertheseconnectionswillonlybecomeactiveinthe
eventofafaultand/orreassignmentofthedatamaster.
