3.Withthedisplayturnedon,tryflexingthepower
cableneartothedisplayconnectortoseeif
thiscausestheunittorestartorlosepower.
Replaceifnecessary.
4.Checkthevessel’sbatteryvoltageandthe
conditionofthebatteryterminalsandpower
supplycables,ensuringconnectionsaresecure,
cleanandfreefromcorrosion.Replaceif
necessary.
5.Withtheproductunderload,usinga
multi-meter,checkforhighvoltagedrop
acrossallconnectors/fusesetc,andreplace
ifnecessary.
Incorrectpower

Thepowersupplymaybewiredincorrectly,ensure
theinstallationinstructionshavebeenfollowed.

Softwarecorruption1.Intheunlik
elyeventthattheproduct’ssoftware
hasbecomecorrupted,trydownloadingand
installingthelatestsoftwarefromtheRaymarine
website.
2.Ondisplayproducts,asalastresort,attemptto
performa‘PoweronReset’.Beawarethatthis
willdeleteallsettings/presetsanduserdata
(suchaswaypointsandtracks),andrevertthe
unitbacktofactorydefaults.

Performingafactoryresetwillrestoreallsystemandapp
settingstofactorydefaultsanderasealluserdata(suchas
waypoints,routes,tracks,camerarecordingsandphotos).
Performingapoweronresetontouchonlydisplays
Important:
•Beforeperformingapoweronresetensureyouhavebackedupyour
settingsanduserdata(waypoints,routesandtracks)toamemorycard.
•Y oumayalsowanttosaveanycrashlogsthatarestoredonyourdisplay
tomemorycardforfuturereference..
1.Switchoffpoweratthebreakertoensurethatthedisplayiscompletely
poweredoff,andnotinStandbymode.Alternatively,removethepower
cablefromthedisplay.
2.Poweronyourdisplay,andwithinapproximately10seconds,swipeyour
fingerfromrighttoleft(oppositedirectiontopoweringon)acrossthe
[Power]buttonswipearea5times.
Recoveryoptionsaredisplayed.
3.Swipeyourfingerfromrighttolefttwicetohighlight[Wipedata/factory
reset].
4.Swipeyourfingerfromlefttorightoncetoaccept.
