Accessingtargetoptions
Targetspecificoptionsareavailablefortargetsthatarecurrentlybeing
tracked.Thetargetoptionscanbeaccessedfromthetarget’scontext
menuandfromthePop-overoptionsintherelevanttargetlist.Theoptions
availablearedependentonthetypeoftarget.
Toaccessatarget’scontextmenu:
•Pressandholdonthetargetonscreen,or
•Highlightthetargetonscreenusingthe[Directioncontrols]andpressthe
[OK]button.
ToaccessthetargetlistPop-overmenu:
•Selectthetargetintherelevanttargetlist,or
•Highlightthetargetinthelistusingthe[Directioncontrols]andpressthe
[OK]button.

ThefollowingoptionsareavailableforDSCtargets.
•[DesignateTOI]—IfyourMFDisconfiguredforSTEDSyoucan
designateatargetasaTargetofInterest(TOI).Fordetailssee:

•[CancelTarget]—CancelstheDSCtargetandremovestheDSCwaypoint
fromthesystem.

•[Showonchart]—DisplaysthetargetcenteredintheChartapp.
DSCtargetlist
Thetargetlistidentifies:TheMMSInumberoftheoriginatingvessel,its
reportedPosition,RangeandBearingfromyourvesselandtheTypeof
distress.IfthetargethasbeendesignatedasaTOIthentherelatedLinkID
willalsobedisplayed.
TheDSCtargetlistcanbeaccessedfromtheTargetsmenuintheRadarapp
andChartapp:[Menu>Targets>DSC]
SelectingatargetfromthelisthighlightstheselectedtargetintheLiveView
apppaneontherightofthepageandopensthePop-overmenu.
