Whentheautopilotisengaged,theA utopilotsidebarisdisplayed
automatically.Withtheautopilotdisengaged(i.e.:inStandbymode),youcan
displaytheAutopilotsidebarbyselectingtheAutopiloticonlocatedonthe
toprightofthescreen,orbymanuallyselectingtheAutopilotsidebaricon
fromtheMercurysidebaroptions.
Autopilotsidebarstates
1.Withtheautopilotinstandby,theAutopilotsidebarhas[Autoheading]or
[Route]options.Y oucanselect[Autoheading]toengagetheautopilot
andmaintainthecurrentheading..Ifyouarealreadyfollowingaroute,
youcanselect[Route]toengagetheautopilotinRoutemode.InRoute
mode,theboatwillfollowtherouteandwhenawaypointisreachedthe
boatwillautomaticallyproceedtothenextwaypointintheroute.
2.AutoheadingWhenAutoheadingisengaged,thesidebardisplaysthe
currenttargetheadingandprovidecontrolstoincreaseanddecrease
theheadingangleinor10°increments.
3.RoutemodeInRoutemode,thesidebardisplaysnavigationdata
andprovidescontrolstoswitchto[Autoheading],advancetothenext
waypoint([Advancewpt.]),orrestartthe“routefollow”command([Restart
here]).
EnablinganddisablingMercury®autopilotintegration
IntegrationwithMercury®autopilotscanbeenabledanddisablefromthe
Autopilotsettingsmenu.

1.Select[Settings].
