Alarms,warningsandinformationnotificationsareusedtonotifyyoutoa
situationorhazardthatrequiresyourattention.Notificationsaretriggeredby
systemfunctionsandexternaldevicesconnectedtotheMFD(Multifunction
Displays).Alarmandwarningnotificationsaredisplayedonallnetworked
MFDs.

ed—Arednotificationisusedtosignifyadangerouscondition.Dangerous
alarmsareusedtosignifythatimmediateactionisrequiredduetothe
potentialofdangertolifeorvessel.
Warningalarms
Alarmsareaccompaniedbyanaudibletone.Thealarmnotificationand
audibletonewillcontinuetobedisplayeduntilacknowledgedoruntilthe
conditionsthattriggeredthealarmisnolongerpresent.Acknowledged
alarmsmayremainactivewhilstthealarmconditionpersistsbutwillnot
triggerfurtheronscreenoraudiblenotifications.Activeandhistoricalalarms
canbeviewedinthealarmsmanageraccessedfromthehomescreen:

Amber—Anambernotificationisusedtosignifyawarningcondition.
