Y oucancalibrateyourtankbysettingaseriesof[calibrationpoints]and
fillingyourtankinintervals.
Theshapeofyourtankdetermineshowmanycalibrationpointsyoushould
enterforcalibration.2calibrationpointsarerequiredasaminimum,butupto
101pointscanbeentered.Generally,themorecalibrationpointsenteredthe
moreprecisetankreadingswillbe.
Additionalcalibrationpointsareusedtoaccountforchangesintankvolume
atdifferentpartsofanirregularlyshapedtank.Dependingonthesizeand
shapeofyourtankitisrecommendedthatyouentercalibrationpointsto
markeachchangeintheshapeofthefueltank;forexample,straightcorners
requireanadditionalpoint,andslopesrequire2points.
Theillustrationaboveshowstheminimumnumberofcalibrationpoints
recommendedforsometypicaltankshapes:
1.Thetankshownontheleftisrectangularandsymmetrical;itonlyrequires
2calibrationpointstodefinethebottomandtopofthetank.
2.Thetankshowninthecenterhasagreatervolumeatthebottom;3
pointsarerequiredtodefinethebottom,topandcornerofthefueltank.
3.Thetankshownontherighthasagreatervolumeatthebottomandis
sloped.4pointsarerequiredtodefinethebottomofthetank,thetop,
andafurther2pointstodefinetheslope.

1.Selectthenumberofcalibrationpoints(minimumof2)andpress[next].
2.Fillthetanktotheunitsdisplayedonscreenandpress[Ok].
3.T ocompletethecalibrationprocess,repeatstep2untilthetankhas
beenfilled.
Importcalibration
Y oucancalibrateyourtanksbyimportingCSVfilesthatcontainspecifictank
calibrationdata.Thesefilesaretypicallysuppliedbytankmanufacturersor
dealers.
Note:CSVfilesusedforimportcalibrationmuststartwith:‘0,0’andend
in:‘100,100’

1.SelecttheappropriateCSVfilefromthefileexplorer.
