WhentheRadarlayerisenabledintheChartappyoucanconfigurethe
[Radarsettings]fromthe[T argets]menu:[Menu>T argets>Radarsettings].
Thefollowingoptionsareavailable:
•[Radarselection]—Whenmorethan1Radarscannerisconnectedyoucan
choosewhichRadartousefortheRadarlayerintheChartapp.
•[Transmit]—StarttheRadarscannertransmittingorputitinStandby.
•[Dualrange]—EnablesanddisablesdualrangeoncompatibleRadar
scanners.
•[Channel]—WhenDualrangeisactive,youcanswitchbetweenchannel
1and2.
•[Syncradarrangewithchart]—Enablesanddisablesthesynchronization
ofChartapprangewithallRadarappinstancesonthesameapppage.
Note:Thecurrentrangeissynchronizedwhenthesettingisenabled.
SubsequentrangechangesineithertheselectedChartappinstanceor
anyR adarappinstanceonthesameapppagewillbesynchronized.
•[ShowR adaroverlay]—EnablesanddisablestheRadarlayerintheChart
app.
•[Visibility]—Determinesthepercentagevisibility(opacity)oftheRadar
layer.
•[Palette]—TheRadaroverlaycanbedisplayedinthefollowingcolors:
–FullColor(256colors)
–Purple
–Black
–Red

Thereferencemodeforvectorscanbesetto[True]or[Relative].
•In[True]referencemode,trails,vectorsandhistoryareshownground
referenced(i.e.theiractualpathoverground).
•In[Relative]referencemode,trails,vectorsandhistoryareshownrelative
toyourvessel’smovement.
VectorsarealwaysdisplayedforRadartargets.VectorsforAIStargetscan
besetusingthe[ShowAISvectors]option.Theavailableoptionsare:
•[All]—vectorsaredisplayedforallAIStargets.
•[Manual]—vectorsonlydisplayedwhenenabledindividuallyforeach
targetusingthetargetcontextmenu.
