COMMAND USAGE
This command can be used to stop multicast services from being forwarded
to users attached to the downstream port (i.e., the interfaces specified by
this command).
EXAMPLE
Console(config)#interface ethernet 1/1
Console(config-if)#ip multicast-data-drop
Console(config-if)#
show ip igmp
authentication
This command displays the interface settings for IGMP authentication.
SYNTAX
show ip igmp authentication interface [interface]
interface
ethernet unit/port
unit - Unit identifier. (Range: 1)
port - Port number. (Range: 1-28)
port-channel channel-id (Range: 1-12)
DEFAULT SETTING
None
COMMAND MODE
Privileged Exec
COMMAND USAGE
Using this command without specifying an interface displays information
for all interfaces.
EXAMPLE
Console#show ip igmp authentication
Ethernet 1/1: Enabled
