123: Limiter - Phaser
This effect combines a mono limiter and a phaser. You can
change the order of the effects.
Routing
Routing [Limiter > Phaser, Phaser > Limiter]
Switches the order of the limiter and phaser.
When Routing is set to Phaser > Limiter, the Phaser’s
Output Mode will be grayed out and internally set to
Normal.
