The fixture modeling proceeds in the following steps:
1. Measure one or more test coupons for the related fixture; see Chapter 6.13.5.2,
"Measure Coupon", on page 592
The tools differ in the available coupon types.
2. ISD and SFD only: measure the DUT with the fixture; see Chapter 6.13.5.3, "Mea-
sure DUT + Test Fixture", on page 593
3. Run the selected tool to calculate the Touchstone files modeling the test fixture;
see Chapter 6.13.5.4, "Save Fixture Model", on page 594.
The calculated sNp file(s) can then be used to deembed the DUT at selected
port(s).
Offset Embed Softtool
