Parameters
<vlan_name 32> The name of the VLAN on which the MAC
address resides.
<macaddr> The MAC address to be removed from the forwarding
table.
Restrictions
Only Administrator or operator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To delete a permanent FDB entry:
DES-1210-52/ME:5# delete fdb default 00-00-00-00-01-02
Command: delete fdb default 00-00-00-00-01-02
Success.

enable flood_fdb
Purpose
To enable the Switch’s forwarding database on the Switch.
Syntax
enable flood_fdb
Description
The enable flood_fdb command enables dynamically learned
entries from the Switch’s forwarding database.34
Parameters
None.
Restrictions
Only Administrator or operator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To enable FDB dynamic entries:
DES-1210-52/ME:5# enable flood_fdb
Command: enable flood_fdb
Success.
DES-1210-52/ME:5#
disable flood_fdb
Purpose
To disable the Switch’s forwarding database on the Switch.

disable flood_fdb
