To delete a previously entered RADIUS server configuration. 
config radius delete <server_index 1-3> 
The config radius delete command deletes a previously entered 
RADIUS server configuration. 
<server_index 1-3> – The index of the RADIUS server. 
Only Administrator or operator-level users can issue this command. 
Example usage: 
To delete previously configured RADIUS server communication settings: 
DES-1210-52/ME:5# config radius delete 1 
Command: config radius delete 1

To configure the Switch’s RADIUS settings. 
config radius <server_index 1-3> { key <passwd 32> | auth_port 
<udp_port_number 1-65535> | acct_port <udp_port_number 1-
65535> | ipaddress [<ipaddr> | <ipv6_addr>] | retransmit <int 1-
255> | timeout <int 1-255>} 
The config radius command configures the Switch’s RADIUS 
settings. 
<server_index 1-3> – The index of the RADIUS server. 
key – Specifies that a password and encryption key are to be used 
between the Switch and the RADIUS server. 
  <passwd 32> – The shared-secret key used by the 
RADIUS server and the Switch. Up to 32 characters can 
be used. 
auth_port <udp_port_number 1-65535> – The UDP port number for 
authentication requests. The default is 1812. 
acct_port <udp_port_number 1-65535> – The UDP port number for 
accounting requests. The default is 1813. 
ipaddress [<ipaddr> | <ipv6_addr>] – The IPv4 or IPv6 address of 
the RADIUS server. 
retransmit <int 1-255> – The number of times the device resends an 
authentication request when the server does not respond. The value 
is between 1 and 255. 
timeout <int 1-255> – Specifies the connection timeout. The value 
may be between 1 and 255 seconds. 
Only Administrator or operator-level users can issue this command.
