Used to enable address binding DHCPv6 PD Snooping.
enable address_binding dhcp_pd_snoop
This enable address_binding dhcp_pd_snoop command is used
to enable IP-MAC-port binding DHCPv6 PD snooping.
Only administrator or operate-level users can issue this command.

To enable address binding DHCPv6 PD Snooping on the Switch:
