PASSWORD RECOVERY COMMANDS
The Password Recovery commands in the Command Line Interface (CLI) are listed (along with the
appropriate parameters) in the following table.

enable password_recovery
Purpose
To enable the password recovery mode on the Switch.
Syntax
enable password_recovery
Description
The enable password_recovery command is used to enable the
password recovery mode on the Switch.
Parameters
None.
Restrictions
Only administrator or operator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To enable the password recovery mode :
DES-1210-52/ME:5# enable password_recovery
Command: enable password_recovery
Success.
DES-1210-52/ME:5#
disable password_recovery
Purpose
To disable the password recovery mode on the Switch.
