delete arpentry
Purpose
To remove the entry for ARP table on the Switch.
Syntax
delete arpentry [<ipaddr> | all]
Description
The delete arp_aging time command is used to configure the entry
for ARP table on the Switch.
Parameters
[<ipaddr> | all] – Specifiy the IP address or all of ARP entry to be
removed.
Restrictions
Only Administrator or operator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To remove the ARP entry:
DES-1210-52/ME:5# delete arpentry 10.90.90.94
Command: delete arpentry 10.90.90.94
Success.

show arpentry
Purpose
To displays all ARP entries on the Switch.
Syntax
show arpentry {information | interface_name {system} |
ip_address <ipaddr> | mac_address <macaddr> | summary}
Description
The show arpentry command displays all ARP entries on the
Switch.
Parameters
information – Displays the information of ARP entry.
interface_name {system} – Displays the interface name of ARP
entry.
ip_address <ipaddr> – Displays the IP address of ARP entry.
mac_address<macaddr> – Displays the MAC address of ARP entry.
summary – Displays the summary of ARP entry.

None.
