3.PositiontheNIBPcuffonthepatient:
●Placethecuffarrowoverthebrachialartery(orwhateverarteryisbeingused).
●Makesurethatthecuffindexlinefallswithintherangemarkingsonthecuff.
●Wrapthecuffaroundthelimb.
4.MakesurethattheNIBPcufftubesarenotkinked,compressed,orstretched.
5.VerifyorselectthecorrectInit.PressureorCuffSizefromtheNIBPSetupmenu.
