1.Pressthe
modulekeyorselecttheBISparameterwindow.
2.SelecttheSetuptab.
3.SelectSensorCheck>Automatic.
UsingthemanualBISsensorcheck
Wheneverrequired,youcanperformthesensorcheckmanually.Pressthe
modulekey,or:
1.SelecttheBISparameterwindow.
2.SelecttheSetuptab.
3.SelectCheckSensor.
4.Observetheresultsonthescreen.
Themeasurementcontinuesautomaticallyafterthesensorhaspassedthecheck.
TestingtheBISx
Incasethemeasurementdoesnotworkandcheckingthecablesandsensorsdoes
nothelp,makesurethattheBISxfunctionsproperly.
1.Pressthe
modulekeyorselecttheBISparameterwindow
2.SelecttheSetuptab.
3.SelectTestDSC.
4.Observetheresultsonthescreen.
Afterthetestiscompleted,theresultshownisPASSorFAIL.
StoppingtheBISmeasurement
1.RemovetheBISsensorfromthepatient.
2.Disconnectthesensorfromthepatientinterfacecable.
3.Discardthesensor.
