4.PSM:Checkthatthecuffhosewasdetected(ifcuffdetectionissupported).
5.PSM:StarttheVenousStasismodeandcheckthatthepumpisnotrestarting
duringthemeasurement.Ifitdoes,thecuffmaybeleaking.
NIBPmeasurementonscreen
WhenaSTATorVenousStasismodeisenabled,atimeprogressbardisplaysinthe
NIBPparameterwindow:
WithNIBPAutomodethismaybereplacedbyacountdownindicator.Theselection
ofeithertheGraphicalprogressbarortheNumericalindicatorisacareunitsetting
anditispasswordprotected.
●NIBPAuto:Thelengthofthegreenbarsindicatestheproportionofthecyclingtime
sincethelastmeasurementwhilethedistancebetweentheendofthegreenbar
andthelasttickmarkindicatesthetimeremaininguntilthenextmeasurement.
●STATorVenousStasis:Thebarindicatesthetimethatthemodewillcontinue.STAT
holdsmultiplemeasurementsfor5minutes,andVenousStasiscontinueswithout
measurementsfor1minutewithinfantsand2minuteswithchildrenandadults.
●Duringclocksynchronization,thelengthofthegreenbarsindicatesthedifference
betweenthecyclingtimeandtimeremaininguntilthenextmeasurement.
