—MEASURINGDATASTOREDINALARMHISTORY—Waveform
dataisstoredinthealarmhistoryusingcompression
technologythatmaynotallowperfectreconstructionof
thewaveformdatawhensubsequentlyviewed.Although
differencesoccurrelativelyfrequentlyandareusually
veryminor,usersareurgedtoverifydiagnosticwaveform
measurementswiththewaveformdatafromrealtimegraph
strips.
WhenaPDMortelemetrytransmitterisconnectedtothemonitor,thesavedalarm
historyandSThistorywillbetransferredtothemonitor.Onesnapshotiscreated
foreachalarmhistory.
ThePDMoratelemetrytransmitteralarmhistoryhas10secondsofwaveformdata
fromtwoorthreeECGleadsandtherstarterialinvasivepressureline.Thesnapshot
willdisplaywaveformsonlyifthesnapshoteldcongurationincludesthesame
ECGwaveformsand/orarterialinvasivepressurechannel.Otherwise,nowaveform
dataisdisplayed.
AsnapshotissenttotheCARESCAPENetworkifitcontainsoneofthefollowing
waveforms:ECGleadI,II,III,orVa,oranyarterialinvasivepressure.

Telemetrytransmittersstoresnapshotsindependently.TheyarestoredonthePDM
