UsingtheIPchannelstandby
Ifyouwishtoprepareandzeroachannelbeforehand,youcanusethechannel
standby.
1.Selecttheinvasivepressureparameterwindow.
2.SelecttheSetuptab.
3.SelectStandbyP1toStandbyP8(textchangesaccordingtothechannel).
ChannelalarmsandmeasurementaredisableduntilActivateP1toActivateP8is
selected.
Usingtheinvasivepressurewaveformcursor
Youcandisplayaninvasivepressurewaveformcursorfortheselectedinvasive
pressurechannel.Thecursorisselectablewhenapressurewaveformchannelis
activeandusingtheselectedpressurechannel.
Uptotenpressurepointscanbesavedanddisplayed.Theoldestvalue,displayedat
thetopofthelist,isdiscardedinordertosavethenewestvalue.
1.Selecttheinvasivepressureparameterwindow.
2.SelecttheSetuptab>Cursor.
3.SelectShowCursor.
4.Youcanmovethecursortospecicpointswiththearrows.
5.Tosavethepressurevalueatthecursorpoint,selectSave.
6.Tostopshowingthecursor,deselectShowCursor.
Settinganarterialinvasivepressure
disconnectionalarm
Youcansetanadditionalalarmtoactivateifthemeanpressurefallsbelow10mmHg
(1.33kPa).ThearterialdisconnectionalarmalsoappliestochannelsABP,Fem,and
UAC.
1.Selecttheinvasivepressureparameterwindow.
2.SelecttheAdvancedtab.
3.SelectArterialDisconnect.
Settinginvasivepressurealarmlimits
1.Selecttheinvasivepressureparameterwindow.
2.Selectthedesiredalarmssetting:
xAlarms(e.g.,ArtAlarms):Settingsfortheselectedinvasivepressurechannel.
HRAlarms:Settingswhentheheartratealarmsarefromasinglesource.
PR(x)Alarms(e.g.,PR(Art)Alarms):Settingswhentheheartratealarmsare
calculatedfrommultiplesources.
NOTE
Ifafeatureisnotactive,thealarmlimitsaregreyedout.
YoucansetthemonbyselectingAlarmOn.
