ThisfeatureismeanttobeusedwhenendingSpO
2
monitoring.Itshouldnotbeused
duringactiveSpO
2
monitoring.Thissettingcanbeenabledduringconguration.Ifit
hasbeenenabled,therewillbeabuttonontheSpO2andSpO2(2)tabsthatallowsyou
todeactivatethealarm:
1.SelecttheSpO
2
parameterwindow.
2.SelecttheSpO2orSpO2(2)tab.
3.SelectDeactivateSpO2ProbeOff.
Whenthealarmisdeactivated,therewillbenoaudibleorvisualSpO2probeoffalarm
indications.ThealarmisautomaticallyreactivatedifSpO
2
vitalssignsaredetected
andalarmconditionismetagain.
WARNING
WithdeactivatedSpO2probeoffalarm,keepthepatient
underclosesurveillance.

YoucanselectprioritiesfortheSpO2high,SpO2low,andSpO2probeoffalarms
throughAlarmSetup>AlarmPriorities>OtherParameters.ThechoicesareLow,
Medium,High,andEscalating.
StoppingtheSpO
2
measurement
1.RemovetheSpO
2
sensorfromthepatient.
