Common/Scan Zone:
Configures the respective settings for arpeggiators A and B.
For more on the various parameters, refer to PROGRAM
mode. For more information, see “Common/Scan Zone :” on
page 16.
Input Ch [01...16, Tch]
Specifies the MIDI channel used to trigger the drum playing.
Tch: The MIDI channel will automatically be set to the
“MIDI Channel” of the track selected in “Track Select” for
triggering.
When “Trigger Mode” is set to “Wait KBD Trig” and the
MIDI channel set here is selected in “Track Select” for the
set track, the keyboard will trigger the arpeggiator. Also, the
drum track will trigger the input from the MIDI IN of the
matching MIDI channel.
DRUM MIDI ch:
Output Ch [01...16, Tch]
This sets the MIDI channel used to transmit MIDI data from
the drum track or step sequencer.
The drum track or step sequencer will play using the
Program of the track that is set to the same MIDI channel.
Tch: The MIDI channel will automatically be set to the
“MIDI Channel” of the track selected in “Track Select” for
output.
The “Status” setting of the track for the MIDI channel that
matches the “Output” determines whether the pattern data is
transmitted to an external device.
Scene1–4 Setup
Here we configure each of the arpeggiator and drum settings
for each scene.
There are two arpeggiators (A and B) in SEQUENCER
mode, and two arpeggio patterns can be used
simultaneously.

Input Ch [[01...16, Tch]
Sets the MIDI input channel for each arpeggiator.
Out of all MIDI data that is generated using the keyboard or
transmitted from the MIDI IN connector, the MIDI data that
matches the MIDI channel set here will be input to each
arpeggiator.
Tch: The MIDI channel will automatically be set to the
MIDI channel of the track selected in “Track Select”.
Output Ch [01...16, Tch]
Sets the MIDI output channel for each arpeggiator.
Out of the MIDI data transmitted from each arpeggiator, the
tracks that match the MIDI channels you set here will sound.
Also, the tracks in real-time recording that match the MIDI
channel will record.
Tch: The MIDI channel will automatically be set to the
MIDI channel of the track selected in “Track Select”.
Thru By ARP Switch Off [On, Off]
This sets whether the MIDI data received by each
arpeggiator will be transmitted (sent through) to the timbre
via the MIDI channel specified in “Output Ch”, when the
arpeggiator function is off.
On (checked): When the arpeggiator function is off, the
MIDI data received by each arpeggiator will be transmitted
(sent through) to the timbre via the MIDI channel specified
in “Output Ch”.
Off (unchecked): When the arpeggiator function is off, the
MIDI data received by each arpeggiator will not be
transmitted to the timbre.
