Operation
Tagging a Message as Confidential
(If you don’t see a Soft Key, press More> until it appears.)
To record a message, then tag it as confidential:
Log onto Subscriber Mailbox.
[Rec]
Record the message + [Done] + Dial mailbox number to receive message.
• Alternately dial
RS (77).

Tag the message you just recorded as confidential.
• Alternately dial
*C (*2).
Do one of the following.
a. [Send]
Send the message.
b.
Select another recording option.
To tag a message you are forwarding as confidential:
Log onto Subscriber Mailbox.
[Lstn]
Listen to your message.
• Alternately dial
L (5).

[Forwd]
Access Message Forward.
• Alternately dial
MF (63).
Do one of the following.
a.
[Rec]
Record a comment to add to the beginning of the forwarded mes-
sage +
[Done].
b.
[Skip]
Forward the message without adding a comment.
• Alternately dial
#.
Enter the mailbox to receive the forwarded message.

Tag your message as confidential + [Done].
Alternately dial *C (*2).
To tag a Future Delivery Message as confidential:
Log onto Subscriber Mailbox.
[FtrDlv]
Access Future Delivery Message.
• Alternately dial
FD (33).
Record the message +
[Done] + Dial mailbox number to receive message.

Tag the message you just recorded as confidential + [Done].
• Alternately dial
*C (*2).
Enter the time and date you want the message to be delivered + [Yes].
