[Email] Smtp Account
Enter the subscriber’s complete email address in this option (e.g., yourname@emailserver.com).

[Email] Smtp Password
Use this option to the SMTP Password for the subscriber’s email account. This is the password the sub-
scriber enters in their email client to log onto their account.

[Email] Imap4 Server
Use this option to specify the name of the IMAP4 (Internet Message Access Protocol) server that handles
incoming messages (message delivery) for the subscriber’s email account. Although no messages are deliv-
ered from the email server to the voice mail, IMAP4 is still required to synchronize the subscribers email
with their voice mail mailbox. The IMAP4 server name is typically similar to imap.emailserver.com.

[Email] Imap4 Port
Use this option to specify the port (logical connection) in the email server uses for IMAP4. For IMAP4 with-
out SSL, this is normally port 143. For IMAP4 with SSL, this is normally port 993. (These ports are preas-
signed by the IANA as the “Well-Konwn TCP Port Number” for IMAP).

[Email] Imap4 SSL
Use this option to enable or disable SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption for incoming messages from the
email provider’s IMAP4 server. Only enable this option if the email provider’s IMAP4 server supports SSL
encryption (i.e., has a valid SSL Certificate).

● Yes (SSL encryption enabled).
● No (SSL encryption disabled).
Default
✔ No (SSL encryption disabled).
