● Reference/Comments
- This is the name of the backup file the UX Mail creates. If is a text field of up to 200 characters.
You can only have a single backup file at any one time.
● Option
- Update Status: Updates (refreshes) the status of your backup.

● Archive Options
- This is a link to the Backup Archives screen.
● Status
- Shows you the status of your backup (Busy or Done).
Local Restore Options
Use
Local Restore
to
restore a voice mail database that you have previously backed up
to the UX Mail
CompactFlash card. This is

Use the following options to specify the type of restore you want to make.
● System Configuration Database
- This is your voice mail programming and outgoing messages (such as Greetings, Welcome Mes-
sages, Instruction Menu Messages, and Interactive Prompts).
- The options are
Yes (restore) or No (do not restore).
● Restore Messaging Mailboxes
- This is the list of mailboxes you want to restore.
- The options are
All, None, or a list of mailboxes (e.g., 301, 302, 310). The list can be up to 200
characters long.
● Voice Messages
- Restore all new messages in the selected mailboxes.
- The options are
Yes or No.
● Reference/Comments
- This is the name of the backup file UX Mail creates. If is a text field of up to 200 characters. You
can only have a single backup file at any one time.
● Option

Local Restore may cause interruption of normal voice mail operations.
