Recording an Announcement Mailbox Message
(If you don’t see a Soft Key, press More> until it appears.)
Log onto System Administrator’s mailbox (301).
[Admin]
Access the System Administrator options.
• Alternately dial
SA (72).
[Annc]
Select the Announcement Message options.
• Alternately dial
AN (26).
Enter the Announcement Mailbox number.
[Lstn]
Listen to current Announcement Mailbox message.
• Alternately dial
L (5).
[Pause]
Pause listening.
• Alternately dial *.
[Resume]
Resume listening.
• Alternately dial *.
[Erase]
Erase the currently recorded message.
• Alternately dial
E (3).
[Exit]
Exit the listen mode.
• Alternately dial
