Toner Near-end, Toner End, Bottle Replacement
Each toner bottle [A] has an independent toner bottle motor [B]. An empty toner
bottle can be replaced during printing. The toner bottle end sensor [C] detects toner
when it falls from the toner bottle into the toner entrance tank [D]. If the sensor
detects that no toner has come out of the toner bottle, the toner bottle enters the
toner end condition.
• The toner bottle motor rotates the toner bottle 1 sec to try to supply toner to the
toner entrance tank.
• If the sensor detects toner end condition 15 consecutive times, the machine
judges the bottle to be empty.
