Function description
• The HPL is a 3R Laser class (Laser class 3R limit is <5mW, the HPL laser is <3,5mW) in
additional to the standard pointer, to pointing out in tunnelling for a longer distance up to 150m.
• The optical axis of the HPL is 36mm different to the optical axis of the telescope

• Width of laser beam 0,12 mrad beam divergence for FWHM criteria (Full Width at Half
intensity Maximum) < 20mm at 150 meter.

Maintenance
• Laser pointer alignment. Tracker transmitter (Standard tracker unit) is aligned with the laser
pointer, when aligning laser pointer the tracker transmitter (Standard tracker unit) is also
aligned.
• High Power Laser pointer alignment (HPL-module instead of TLR-module)
